BFC's two facilities offer over 26,000 combined square feet of exercise area, with an assortment of top-of-the-line equipment.
Some amenities are only available at one of our locations. Please refer to this chart to determine the availability of the service or fitness equipment you want.

Dual weight stacks with independent arm or leg action mirror human movement better than any other and provide sports performance and functional strength-training benefits that are unsurpassed in the industry.
Cardio Theater
Individualized satellite TV and music is available with headphones that plug into cardiovascular equipment
Sauna
There is a co-ed, dry heat sauna available to members at the Prairie Lea location. Appropriate attire (e.g. t-shirt & shorts) is required.
Tanning
Tanning is available for a small additional fee. BFC has the lowest prices on tanning lotions, too. The Center has 3 tanning booths: two 20-minute ones and a 15-minute bed.
Lockers
Lockers—for daily use only—are provided at no cost to member and guests. (Personal items left in any locker will be removed and put into the lost-&-found.)
Showers & Towel Service
Men's and women's showers are available for member and guest use. Complimentary sweat and bath towels are available at the front desk. Hair and body wash are also provided. Members may bring their own towels and personal products if they wish.
