Jonathan is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. He is an A & M graduate
who grew up in Brenham. Jonathan works with all different types of people. He is dedicated to tailoring a workout program for
each individual he works with, because everyone is different in terms of goals, physiology, and history.

Brent Sager is a graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in Nutrition with a specialization in Dietetics, and Kinesiology
with a specialization in Applied Exercise Physiology. As part of his Kinesiology degree requirements, he interned with the
strength and conditioning staff at the University of Houston under assistant strength coach Dale Jones. There he worked with
the Baseball, Softball, Track and Field, Swimming and Girls Basketball teams. He has most notably trained 6 eventual professional
baseball players, an eventual professional track sprinter, a former pro bowler in the NFL and an eventual playboy model. He is
currently an amateur bodybuilder, having competed in 11 competitions since 2004.
